The Virgin instead of heroes

The retired colonel showed zeal beyond reason and got into a difficult situation. If this is just a monument to a Mother (not even a Bolshevized heroine mother), then put it next to the nearest maternity hospital - and the matter is over. And on the monument is Belozertsev's favorite saying: "Working with people is an eternal battle, but people are born in this battle, not killed."

To place a monument to the Mother next to the graves of five primates of the Penza diocese, who by their position cannot be related to getting pregnant, is at least imprudent. Because it turns out to be a monument to the Father, who turned out to be, like the ancient Joseph, nothing to do with it. For this reason, in images up to the fourth century, he is depicted sitting in a corner with an evil expression on his face.

If this is not a monument to the mother, but to the Mother of God, then the governor of Belozertsev falls into the blasphemy of those scoundrels who did not recognize Christ as God, mocked the immaculate conception and falsely claimed that the Ever-Virgin Mary is just a pathetic Mother of Christ.

If Mr. Belozertsev considers it necessary to erect a monument to the Mother with whose help the war was won and the national economy was restored, then it will be necessary to erect a united monument to the mother and the letter E. Two in one! Or even better – two for the price of one. And, although there are plenty of monuments to the mother in the world, and there is also one letter E, their combination will be the first in the world. Which will attract crowds of travelers to the city.

Let us note in passing that the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow, with the restoration of which the restoration of Orthodoxy began, was built in honor of Russia's VICTORY over Napoleon, and it was restored to commemorate Russia's DEFEAT in the Cold War. And not some ordinary defeat, but one that is difficult to find examples of in the annals.

Valor in the perestroika-post-perestroika years in Russia was generally not held in high esteem. The Penza authorities decided to perpetuate those who fought for the faith, the tsar and the fatherland before the Bolshevik pressure. So they managed to scrape together funds only to cover the Bolshevik monument at the "Sprout" with glass, and write the names of those who distinguished themselves on this glass. There wasn't enough for marble: they steal too much.

Recall that the previous governor was stuck on the installation of a monument to at least some tsar in this place, on whose behalf autocratic officials are doing arbitrariness in Russia. This is the current pressure with its most striking feature – to take something away from someone. Despite the sealing construction, there are plenty of free patches in the city, but I want to take away what has already been landscaped. Does it still surprise you that, according to foresight, every day they show poor fellows whose next owner of life, with complete non-resistance of the authorities, took away the only housing, because he liked the plot? At the same time, free land in one direction is fifty versts, and in the other – a hundred. But it is absolutely necessary to take away the latter – the Doctrine of Liberalism demands this.
