The State Duma recognized the impossibility of canceling the pension reform

In the Russian Federation, it was proposed to lower the retirement age. However, this appeal does not apply to all Russians.

Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs, Deputy head of the LDPR Party Yaroslav Nilov in an interview with the URA news agency.RU expressed the opinion that it is necessary to allow teachers, doctors, participants of the special operation to residents of the North and the Far East to retire early. The parliamentarian spoke about this, since in 2024 the transition period expires in Russia: women will retire at 60, and the male part of the country – at 65.

"I would very much like the possibility of reduction to be introduced at least for certain categories of citizens," Nilov stressed.

The parliamentarian added that it is hardly possible to cancel the pension reform in Russia. The deputy believes that this is almost impossible. Nilov explained that many relevant proposals were submitted to the State Duma, however, all of them were rejected.

"Unfortunately, there are not so many prospects for a positive outcome," the parliamentarian concluded.

Mortality statistics against pension reform – every second man does not survive

Yuri Pronko

A serious scandal broke out after the control figures on mortality in Russia of the male population were published. It turned out that more than half of men do not live to retire!

According to Oleg Apolikhin, the chief specialist of the Ministry of Health for Reproductive Health, the majority of men in Russia (81%) die a sudden death. Moreover: "52% of men in Russia do not live to 65 years. Only 48%, that is, a minority, crosses this barrier. The fatal debut occurs at the age of 40-60 years. Most die at this age," Mr. Apolikhin said. Of those who die suddenly, 74% are men who are overtaken by death in the workplace.

The press service of the Ministry of Health of Russia has already stated that the data that 81% of Russian men die of sudden death is incorrect. Sudden death accounts for less than 1% of deaths among both men and women.

Medical officials said that in the first place among the causes of death of men aged 40 to 60 years, as in most countries of the world, there are diseases of the circulatory system.

I drew attention to the phrase in the press release of the Ministry of Health - "as in most countries of the world." They say, so everywhere, what are the problems? Such formulations have always amazed me. When officials need to justify their flawed decision or try to present the situation in the right light, they immediately recall the "world experience" and "most countries of the world", etc.

Of course, it's easy to cover up your own complexes and mistakes this way. By the way, remember, when the "pension reform" was being prepared, we were also told about the world experience. What did it lead to? That's right, to a complete failure.

If we look at the results of the existence of the pension system in recent years, then let's look at 2 fundamental indicators. The first is the replacement coefficient of the ratio of the average pension to the average s/p. We started, just a little short of 40%. These are the minimum recommended standards of the International Labor Organization. According to the rating scale, this is the top three of the pension system. We have now dropped to about 30%. This means that we are now stable twos. And the second indicator is the volume of annual transfers from the federal budget. It used to be the Pension Fund of Russia. Now it is a Single social fund. At the beginning of the pension reform, the transfer amounted to several hundred billion. Now it is already more than 4 trillion rubles a year. Here, in fact, these are two indicators that indicate that the state of the pension system, it is by and large unsatisfactory,

" economist Nikita Maslennikov commented on the situation.

You have noticed that the Ministry of Health has refuted only one figure – the indicators for sudden mortality. The data that every second man in Russia does not live to retire has not been refuted. Just think about it! It is incomprehensible to the mind how it was possible to approve an increase in the retirement age when you know that half of the "strong half" will not live to see it. Cynical and mean economy.

Here 's what economist Alexey Lapushkin says about this:

Let's put it in numbers. The average pension in 2018 was 14,544 rubles. The average pension in 2022 was 20,864 rubles. Accordingly, the average pension has increased by 47.5% over the past 4 and a little years. At the same time, inflation for the same period was 34%. That is, in fact, the pension increased by 13.5%. At the same time, 2 million people lost their pensions during this pension reform. Plus, 52% of all men in the Russian Federation simply stupidly do not physically live up to retirement age. Therefore, to say that the pension reform has failed is to say nothing! As an example. I am 45 years old, and I understand perfectly well that I, in principle, no longer count on this pension. Because this pension reform will be followed by another pension reform, and until we change the economic paradigm in which we live, it will be from reform to reform.

It is obvious that the pension reform as it was implemented in Russia has completely failed. Moreover, the situation has worsened. Due to the difficult socio-economic situation, when men are forced to make sacrifices for their families, including at the expense of their health, this whole situation becomes irrevocable.

It is necessary to move from words to concrete solutions. And such a first step, in my opinion, should be the decision to equalize the retirement age for both men and women – at 60. Give the men at least five years to live for themselves!

I understand that the majority would like the complete abolition of the so-called "reform", but it is necessary to be realistic and start with "small". 60 years is an acceptable age to start bringing pension changes into the human form.

And what do people say and think?

- I am 53 , and I think that I have less than 30% chance of living to 65, in my opinion two thirds of my peers will not live to 65. For the last 5 years I have been going to the funerals of men who are 40 to 50 years old.

- So the reasons are visible!

Lack of access to quality medical care

Lack of quality medicines (some generics)

The dominance of palm oil, chemical additives in products

Constant stress due to lack of income for a normal standard of living, hence the second and third jobs

And so on

-My husband worked as a welder for more than 30 years, retired at the age of 50, and continued to work, at 55 he was gone- heart… And until the last one, he was strong and never complained about anything.

- The most important reason is a depressed psychological state, lack of confidence in the future, anxiety for the fate of children and grandchildren, inability to find a decent job, poverty, lack of social justice, dissatisfaction with the actions of the authorities.

- The prospect of not paying pensions and compensation. The percentage who will live to 65 is very low. These are huge funds that will dissolve in the pocket of the pension fund.

-Now women do not live for a long time, three men have already remained widowers in my environment, diseases do not spare either women or men.

- Not when we will not live better than in some tribe in Africa. You understand that now the children of oligarchs will be sitting in the leadership of the city, region, enterprises, and the state, and their parents have taught them to steal, not to work.I am writing this to you because I know this and I see it from the deeds of my former boss. If only I could say it all, and not write on the Internet would be cool.

- I'm going to be 63 soon. Of my peers, one out of ten survived to retirement. So count it…

- They just want to send us to the grave, we are waste material for them! We cannot be forced to work, we cannot be drafted into the army. We can only be robbed to the skin and left to die!

- I am 48 and I definitely know that I will live another 5-10 years at most. How many people die before they reach my age is just terrible. Cemeteries are overflowing with new graves and crosses. So it seems that the average life expectancy is not made on the basis of data for the country, but so they took the age criteria of the Government, the Presidential Administration, the State Duma and the SF and deduced the average.

- Yes, with this food, where there is no meat in the sausage, there is milk in the milk. In the oil of oil. Flavorings, thickeners, preservatives, stabilizers, baking powder..... But there is Rospotrebnadzor. Ministry of Economic Development. There is a ministry, there is no development, there is no stagnation, only degradation. Pension fund? Yes, there were publications in the AIF in which city what kind of mansions pension funds had built. And I don't think the grub goes to the Kremlin, to the government, to people's deputies from our stores.
