Russian Federal Tariff Service has decided to increase from July 1, 2014 tariffs for heat and water .
Increase in average tariffs in different regions of the country will by 4.2%.
As reported in the first half of the FTS 2014 rates for these services remain unchanged compared to the second half of 2013.
Tariffs for heat and water and sanitation services to the July 1, 2013 have been increased by Russia on average by 10 %. In 2012, the rate of heat energy increased twice: July 1 and September 1. The July increase was 6% , and in September, the maximum increase was 5.6 %.
In general, the Russian from 1 July 2013. natural monopoly tariffs increased by 15%.
