1) the number of voters in 2012 sharply increased compared to 2000 - despite the fact that Russia is dying, the death rate exceeded as well as more than three times the birth rate in Russia. That is, CEC (Central election commission) figures are lime. According to the CEC's population has increased dramatically just in the reign of Medvedev! And it approached, if one was based on the standard number of voters per cent of the total population, approximately 155 million people!

2) The Central Election Commission poorly studied at school: it has 66 million in 2000, that differs from almost the same 66 million in 2004 more than 4%.

3) In conditions with great money that were thrown in the upcoming elections, with such a shameless campaign and with growing of numbers of supporters of the Communist Party, LDPR and Justice Russia (Mirinov) turnout was to be absolutely above. TV reported: official turnout after looking through of 99% of bulletins with votes jumped to 65%, but the situation has not changed especially: Putin - 63.75%, Zyuganov - 17.19%, Zhirinovsky - 6.23%, Prokhorov - 7.82%, Mironov - 3 82%.

Elections-2011: United Russia - 238 seats, the Communist Party - 92 seats; Fair Russia - 64 seats, the Liberal Democratic Party - 56 seats.

Communists thus added 61%, Justice Russia (Mironov) - 68%, LDPR (Zhirinovskii) - 40%. All of the feast was held by UR which has lost 25%. That was the reason that silly Putin smashed to the election completion 500 million rubles (17 million doll.) already two weeks prior the 4^th of March. He does not realize that seventy percent of this amount were stool or spent on for stupid, mindless PR.

But anyway - if we can see such a trend in people, nobody can talk about Putin’ 63% or Zyuganov’ 17%, if the elections in the State Duma revealed dissatisfaction with the actions of government, president and the State Duma. How could one obtain the necessary to Putin percents?

Election of the President in 2012, as well as elections to the Duma on December 4 of 2011, accompanied by numerous of violations. In particular, in Moscow, one man, who has committed a ballot-box and also oversaw four buses with so called "roundabout-men" who voted with absentee ballots in several areas, was detained.

Situation with violations of the election is far worse than in December, according to members of the supervisory project "Russ-elections." By the middle of the day of elections the information-analytical center in Moscow recorded more than 2,700 violations, the projest founder Alexei Navalnii told it the radio station "Echo of Moscow".

The League of voters, in turn, suggests a large number of complaints of election fraud.

The association "Voice" counted about three thousand violations of the election, reports “Echo of Moscow”.

Even the Mikhail Prokhorov’ election head has fixed thousands of violations and reported about it to the radio station "Echo of Moscow". In total there were over four thousand violations.

But what about the party observers? I already wrote that all large parties became the safety buffer between the government and disaffected masses. Powers pay money even to such parties, whose program is to make the socialist revolution – for participation in election campaigns. Since one have talked with the parties heart to heart, "Apple" (Yavlinskii) was advised not to notice, because of Zyuganov, the LPDR (Zhirinovskii) and Justice Russia (Mironov) - just ignore the violations. One may heard as Mironov confirmed that, Putin "clearly" won in the 1st round. And he lies that the violations were minor! Nor did anyone hear that the Prokhorov’ staff sued. Now, if ordinary citizens have come to control ... But the case is not in observers.

The ballot stuffing was mostly fair. Home tampering did not occur in vote places. AND FAR BEFORE ballot stuffing. It occurred in the workplace. In enterprises. For example, employees of one Perm company forced by owner to take absentee ballots, then to put on a bus and to go in the regional Nytva-town. And then people forced to vote for Putin. Other case: nits were held in "Motovilikha plants" for the month prior to the election meeting, which forced workers to sign for Putin. The same picture in other Permian plants. Perm-city, March 1, 2009. Member of power party, head of the executive committee of the one of Perm branches of "United Russia" Gorbuniva won in the district N23 with 42% of the vote. The turnout was 16%. Thus, she got 6.7% of all voters, about 1680 people out of 25,000 voters.

The result may be disappointing because of the highest administrative power resource, paying for participations of district election committee, for the Perm regional election commission, for the city administration and police. Rummel, the head of district police, ran by whistle at the Gorbunova’ rallies. Meetings of opponents were suppressed. Election Day. At the Gorbunova’ election staff. 200 criminal militants, kick-boxers take active part in elections. The head of the Gorbuniv’ election campaign Katkov calls his militants: "For every broken windshield car competitor - premium five thousand rubles.!"

The member of Gorbunova’ staff, guard, was sitting in police, and when someone brought for violation of the law, a guard command: "This is our!" - and "our" was released.

Gorbunova paid to one 250 ml of vodka - for the “right” vote. Gribanov, from Mirinov’"Justice. Russia" paid 200 rubles or bags of grub for “right” vote. Kids got 1000 rubles if they forced their parents to vote “rightly”, for the “United Russia” (UR)…

All state structures, police, court, administrations worked for UR in December and for Putin in March.

Nobody will give us deliverance, neither god nor king nor president. Clearly, no? Workers need to organize themselves, then they will by force. Then no one would dare to make them sign up to some sort of smell putins, no one will dare to raise prices to pay a penny, to destroy the plants. One good thing: now, after such a fuss, finally calm down all the "Orange", honest-election-people, Kurginyan-people and other zeros. It is better to give to understand that it is helpful to move ourselves, independently.
