Statement of the Russian political union "Worker" to the administration of U.S. President Obama

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press briefing on January 23 this year, said that the Russian "Severstal" has entered into an agreement with U.S. authorities for placing tech industries in the city of Detroit. The Russian side is dissatisfied, Lavrov said, that his recent actions the U.S. administration interferes with the implementation of this agreement, which will create a considerable number of jobs in US.
Union “Worker" warmly thanks the administration of Mr. Obama for what it prevents "Severstal" in the creation of jobs in the United States. Particularly we are outraged by the fact that "Severstal" creates a high-tech manufacturing. While in Russia jobs are created in the vast majority of administrations, market service and office plankton. "Severstal" is going to pay created "jobs" by American standards in US. While in Russia, "Severstal" is paying workers by the standards of the Russia.

Unemployment in Russia in November 2012 amounted to official figures 5.41% of the active population. The number of unemployed increased by 17 000 people, compared with October 2012. In 2011, the total number of unemployed in Russia amounted to 5 million people.

Note that even the official data significantly distorted. For example: "According to the weekly monitoring Labor Agency on December 19, 2012, the number of unemployed people registered with the employment service entities of Russia to be 1,036 million only, lowing at 18.6% compared to December 28, 2011," - said the head of Federal Labor and Employment (Rostrud) Yuri Gertsii. That is, for some reason clearly not 5 million.

According to the Russian radio «The voice if Russia» unemployment is 1.5 million people.
Meanwhile, in November 2012 according to official statistics the unemployment rate was 6.3% of the active population, i.e. 5.82 million people. That is, Yuri Gertsii, to put it mildly, lies.

According to the agency "Rosbalt" unemployment in Russia in December rose by 4.2%, i.e. amounted to 5.63%, from the beginning, the Russian industry lost another 142 thousand jobs.

At the same time, according to the site, "The UN in Russia" unemployment in Russia since the beginning of the year has fallen - to 6.1%.

One of North American sites «Russia beyond headlines» reports: unemployment in Moscow is officially 1% of the active population? in Ingushetia - 48%. In the Urals - 5.8%, in Siberia - 7.2%. Should I clarify that it is beyond the scope of the U.S. media, the average American is on this side of the Russian media?

Official data, at best, take into account only those unemployed who have applied to the employment service. The real unemployment rate is three times higher, i.e. 16% -18%. In addition, employees of many Russian enterprises engaged in part-time work.

Thus, "Severstal" should think how to live on.

Minister Lavrov also said that private domestic transport firms helped to the French military operation in Mali.
In this regard, I would like to give an example of how the Russian regional authorities solve the problems in health care. Thus, the former Prime Minister of the Government of Perm Nicholas Bukhvalov, answering the question, why the hospital in the district center of Perm region was eliminated, said: "Why do you need a hospital? Hired a helicopter, an hour of flying - and you're in the Perm hospital."

Union "Worker" request to the administration of Mr. Obama to point to the Russian administration to the inadmissibility of such use of the Russian transport abroad – it has a lot of work in Russia.

Causes of capital flight, unless the inability to realize capital entrepreneur in the country - are searches for cheap labor and cheap raw materials. However, the export of capital to more developed countries – only Russian craftsmen only could think to such happiness. First – money to the US banks, now - creating tech jobs in the US. Russian capital in this case works only in the U.S.. One doesn’t need to go to special services to guess that such an agreement "Severstal" could be signed only in the form of bribes from American side to leadership of "Severstal".

Union "Worker" will not mind if the Detroit jobs will be created exclusively for the Russians, with the payment of taxes to the Russian budget - as in the case with the southern trade workers in the Russian Federation, who pays taxes to the budgets of their republics.
