The document envisages "set the value of the subsistence minimum in the whole of Russia for the IV quarter of 2015 per capita 9452 rubles for able-bodied population - 10187 rubles, pensioners - 7781 rubles, children - 9197 rubles."
The minimum subsistence level for the third quarter last year, the whole of Russia amounted to 9673 rubles.
The minimum subsistence level in the country is set to assess the level of life in Russia in the development and implementation of social policy and federal social programs.
It also justifies the establishment of minimum wages, stipends, allowances and other social benefits.
The subsistence minimum is one of the factors for the formation of the federal budget.
