     However, all of us today still very well remember how in the process of conquering Iraq kaolitsiey, our political science (and its public faction - journalism) aggressively and ruthlessly "surrender" to the marginalized anyone who made at least a half-hearted attempt to conflict of Bush and Saddam use ... merely common sense.
     Well, even good old British common sense.
     
     The result is known. Conquered Iraq has become a virtual "base" Osama bin Laden - in a real base. (That is, realized fantasies departmental intelligence the U.S.!). The conclusion that, unfortunately, in public, is not obvious: Politics do not know what the state. But statesmanship - even very well can we explain: WHAT IS POLITICAL? This is - embarrassing the Soviet Party Committee in his face yesterday, the official ideological mentors - "scientific communists" and "historians of the CPSU - the discredited, even now in Iraq, their spiritual patron, Dick Cheney ...
     "Political Science hitting" World of civilization on Saddam Assyria was carried out at the cost of that "left out" of political science were not only "State" of Plato's "Politics" Aristotle's Philosophy of Right Hegel, the Persian campaign of Alexander of Macedonia, etc., but and ... the good old British common sense. And what happened?      Which, quite organically, connected and "academic anti-Stalinism" yesterday, the Soviet Party Committee of the CPSU, as part of its "golden reserve": lectureship (and professors) of scientific communism, "historical materialism", "dialectical materialism", "scientific atheism", "Marxist-Leninist aesthetics, economics canceled today and the history of the CPSU.

... And now it is very funny and instructive to observe how these same individuals on the screens of TV, with the learned air of a connoisseur, discussing the "Bush - in Iraq, pretending that all of this - not about them."
     
     So clumsy, bitter and self-contradictory recognition of Dick Cheney have an answer and another question. Namely: so what kind of social system and political regime in the CIS and the current RF?
     With inexorable logic of Plato, Aristotle and Hegel, the answer is clear: "Legal Russia" - is nothing like the Soviet Party Committee of the CPSU, ... which, by chance, today, "went berserk". (Hopefully only that temporarily. ... And not for long).
   
     Here it is - Expedited SUBJECT all "Consumer Rights Protection Society" - both institutionalized and "informal" ... Why were they created? What, so far, doing?

We note, with some painful feeling cornered man, Cheney is recognized worldwide that the mistake made by them, he would in all other circumstances, would still be accomplished!      "Political Science" exists among us, just because there is a "Law Russia. But it is political science, while at the top of the official academic pyramid, daily and hourly "deals" all of us! Why, she - is not science "ABOUT RUSSIA.
     So where was it?
     It lets us all marginalized!
     As a fringe of their own history (Russia national historical). So in marginal contemporary international life.
