BOUNDARY OF SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCECommunist and Marxist-Leninist concept of modern socialismMarch 24, 2001 in Yessentuki held regional scientific-practical conference "The Communist Party and the Marxist-Leninist concept of modern socialism." For its implementation committee was established under the leadership of the Secretary of Stavropol Regional Committee Communist Party VI Pisarenko. Active participation in the committee took the first secretaries of Essentuki and Piatigorsky City Party Umnyakova SA and GA Sushko.The conference was attended by delegations from the party of Karachaevo-Cherkessia, the Kalmyk Republic, the Government of Stavropol Territory Deputy Prime Minister N. Finger, the head of Essentuki Igor Stoyanov. The editors of the magazine "... ism", together with the scientists who came from Penza, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Stavropol, Kalmykia, has presented scientific papers on the concept of Rousseau published in the journal "Dialogue» № 1 January 2001. With great interest following reports were presented professors IM Manuilova, VL Ochkin, A. Shimin, AH Kirgueva and VV Burtnika - chief editor of "... ism".
Spectrum of methodological approaches in the speakers was wide enough. Delegates responded to it and entered into a dialogue. It is very interesting from this point of view, there were performances YO Oglaeva - Chief Editor of "Lenin's way" Communist Party of the Kalmyk republican committee, and IA Biryukov - Chairman of the Board of Veterans Pyatigorsk, LF Levitsky - a member of the Communist Party Essentuki, DA Zaharyasheva and Molchanov - Science Advisor magazine "... ism".Scientific-practical conference allowed the Communists to consider the socio-economic recovery of Russia and concluded that only a socialist revival can save the country from complete destruction. Socialism in Russia there is no alternative. Socialism, as a historical perspective and communism - the future of the entire human civilization, the natural result of its historical development. The problem boils down to the Communists in order to avoid the mistakes of the Soviet period, in the service of people of all current and future possibilities of socialist construction. Past experience is invaluable, but not all-embracing. Future generations will consider it, but will make a decisive contribution to the content, form and process of socialist construction. The main thing - to look forward, not backward. And no other way!The authors found in their professional arsenal complete absence of the Leninist concept of socialism as a living art of the masses themselves. Misunderstanding of the nature and essence of private property is manifested in the confusion of the state, of public and social ownership of the means of production, forcing them to accept socialism without the working class movement, but with the category of labor, and political economy analysis of property relations to replace the analysis of legal definitions and external relationships. Failure to understand the dialectical relationship of individual and general labor, through and through scientific and technological progress, leads to a complete misunderstanding of Marx's that communism is, for the most part, the economic movement, when the exchange value ceases to be a measure of use value.And finally, there is no understanding of what socialism into communism, there is not nothing but a bourgeois society ... without a bourgeoisie. Recognize that a presidential-parliamentary form of government in Russia have finally discredited in the eyes of the working population and was unable to solve any burning issues of our society.2. Therefore, for the organization, development and consolidation of the society of no confidence in the regime as a whole, the Communist Party from May 1, 2001 began an open campaign for public restoration of Soviet power from top to bottom, legally, through a referendum.3.
